    Hello has anyone been encountering a glitch or bug where there control (wireless} randomly disconnects and will not reconnect or turn back on until it’s plugged in also this is not related to battery issues

    your controller shouldn't just disconnect randomly, try plugging the usb into your xbox and into your controller and try updating the controller.
