Controller randomly disconnecting!?!?

I have had my Xbox One X for about a year now. Recently (within the last month or so) I have had issues with the controller randomly disconnecting from the console. It only lasts for a few seconds and then reconnects. I have not done anything new to my
console and I have tried the other controllers I have and the same issue exists. I tried re-pairing my controller, fully powering down my Xbox, unplugging my console for 30 seconds and plugging it back in, changing the rechargeable battery pack that I use,
moving my console to a different shelf in my entertainment center, and moving my router and modem further away. I checked for updates to the console and controllers and none exist. I have 1 Xbox One, 2 Xbox One S's, and 1 Xbox One X and I don't have any issues
with the other consoles. I tried the Elite Controller and the controller that came with the Xbox One X and the same thing happens with both. I looked online and I see others have this same issue. I don't know what else I can do besides taking my console in
under the protection plan I purchased from my retailer. It makes it extremely hard to be competitive in FPS/Battle Royale games when I suddenly stop moving. Anyone else experiencing the same? Can anyone help me?
