    hello

    i have a problem .

    i sent my controller for repair more than a month ago and i still don't get any update about it , i'm starting to think that there is a problem with the shiping 1 month is too much.

    without this controller i am not able to use my xbox therefor i wasn't able to claim the games on gold for the past 2 month or maybe 3 (controller wasn't usable before the shiping) .

    so s there a way for me to get the gamesa missed , TO GET MY CONTROLLER , and get a refound for the mount of gold i wasn't able to use and for all the desagrement .

    Controller Problems

    Normally I'd go to google, but having a hard time as the word Battery and Draining, just comes up with troll forums about how much bullshit it is to have batteries instead of a charge pack blah blah.

    Here's the issue. My controlller (day 1) with brand new batteries is showing 3/4 full, then 5 minutes later it gives me the low battery warning, then it disconnects at random.

    I had thought it was a short. I went to town on the thing (immature I know) while doing Bottles last puzzle in Banjo...fucking thing is not made for the XB controller...

    Troubleshooting I put the batteries into my 2nd controller that I never use and sure as shit, same thing.

    Anyone else having these disconnects or battery issues?

    I havent had any issues with that. But I dont use batteries I use the charge kit.

    Yes, I can hear others through the TV. I cannot update my controller because I do not have a cable to do so.

    When I move the cord connected to the part that plugs in controller, it will cut out. I still am not sure if it's the controller or the mic.

    If you unplug the headset, can you hear the others through the TV?

    Try doing the latest controller update (Settings>System>Update Controller) and see if that helps at all.
