    Controller Pre-paid return label


    Didn't receive my shipping label for my controller that's under warranty. I've tried the virtual agent and I've tried calling Microsoft but their phone support line keeps hanging up on me. All I need
    is a shipping label.

    Not true. I've shipped in my elite controller last time and got a pre paid shipping label from MS.

    @HewTheLion - Assuming you didn't buy the controller from Microsoft, first try contacting the retailer. Being able to do a direct replacement is preferable.

    If you have to do it through MS, your best bet is to phone them up. They'll give you a pre-paid label, then you strip the controller of any removable parts and ship it off, then they send you a working controller in return. For me that process took over
    3 weeks because they didn't have any stock to send out as replacements, but generally it should be quicker than that.

    I've just put through my own PSU replacement order, as I'm fed up with the noise from my replacement PSU, and instead of telling me I have to ship it to Prague at my own expense, I have instead been emailed a link for a pre-paid UPS Returns label for shipping
    it to Germany :)

    I've just put through my own PSU replacement order, as I'm fed up with the noise from my replacement PSU, and instead of telling me I have to ship it to Prague at my own expense, I have instead been emailed a link for a pre-paid UPS Returns label for shipping
    it to Germany :)
