    Hi

    My Xbox updated to the 2106 update in the weekend. After the update my new stellar shift controller does not wirelessly connect to the xbox anymore and I can not pare it? The mineral camo (yes I know I bu too many special edition controllers) I have works with no issue which seems weird. Plugging it in by cable the stellar shift works, but as soon as you take the cable out it stops being connected. I have rebooted xbox (hard reboot), cleared cache, etc but nothing seems to work. Have fled a report on the app as well.

    anyone experiencing the same ?

    Missed say drop the control connection! After the September update my control and that of many people is disconnecting all the time!

    My name is Ezequiel. I'm an Independent Consultant. Have you tried to see if any updates for your controller? If the controller connects via a USB cable but doesn't stay connected when the cable is removed, reconnect it and see if a controller update is available:
    Press the Xbox  button to open the dashboard.
    Under Profile & System, select Settings.
    Under Devices and Connections, select Accessories.
    On the Xbox Wireless Controller screen, select “…” to check your controller's firmware version.
    If it says no update is available, then your controller is up to date. If it shows "Update", follow the steps provided.
    After the controller is updated, disconnect the USB cable and try to connect wirelessly again.

    Before the September update, never had a problem disconnecting the controller! The controller LED blinks and it gets disconnected for 2 or 3 seconds and connect again! I believe it is not hardware but bug in update! Someone with the same problem after the

    Hi Mister Darcy, yes, the three controllers stopped syncing after a update. After many tests, even bought the Kit Play & Charge to see if solved, but nothing solved. One thing that did not leave my head was when they changed the Xbox, I left all controllers
