    Controller not behaving as intended on xcloud


    I was one of the lucky people to get into the xcloud preview for Android. However, when I press the xbox button on the controller, it effectively acts as a 'back' button and kicks me out of the app.

    Does anyone know if there is a fix for this, as I have been told that it should not behave this way and should actually bring up the guide as normal.

    My controller details: Firmware version 3.1.1221.0 and Model 1708

    My phone: ASUS ROG Gaming Phone 2

    Do pc wheels work for Xcloud

    Unfortunately, PC wheels are not officially supported on Xcloud at this time.. We recommend using a controller that is officially supported by Xcloud for the best experience. You can find a list of supported controllers on the Xcloud website.

    The Answer is if you trying use the Controller for xCloud, the xCloud is Test Version Yet, you tried make Firmware Update on your Controller ? I Suggest you make Report and give Some Feedback to the xCloud Developer Team

    Why would I request a repair for my controller? It works perfectly fine for all but xCloud. This issue is specific to xCloud.

    The Xbox browser is not intended to be used like one on a computer. It has many features in it blocked and disabled for security from malware

    I suggest you use a phone or a computer to access Xcloud until console support is available.

    I see, don't know exactly what might have been causing this delay on the series X controller on the Xcloud. By any chance, have you tried the Xcloud on a Windows PC or android device, using your controller, just as a test?
