Controller MOGA XP5-X PLUS and some issue about buttons

Hi, i've recently discovered that my controller MOGA XP5-X PLUS doesn't work well when connected with my phone by bluetooth (my phone is is a realme3). Sometimes the buttons doesn't work, only work some of them in the games and i've tried all my best to solve this issue, but i gave up so i'm here to ask you help in the fastest way possible.

Nothing has work, the controller still work bad... And powera.com HASN'T find a way to fix it...

May I know if you're using it with cloud gaming or remote play?

If cloud gaming, do you access it through Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome browser?

Be sure to check for updates on your controller (please refer to the manufacturer manual). Please also check for updates on your phone's operating system.
