Controller Lawsuit

I have always heard that Xbox One controllers are notorious for stick drift, and now I'm seeing it with my own eyes. I keep my electronics in great shape and I don't abuse them. I currently have three Xbox One controllers in my possession that all have stick
drifts of varying degrees, which makes it hard to play any games at all. This does not even include a fourth one that had drift that I gave away to a friend when I gave him my original black Xbox One that also didn't work anymore (which Microsoft wouldn't
help me with).

I see there is an ongoing class action suit against Microsoft about the controller drift issue and I wanted to know if anybody has any knowledge on it so I can participate. Even the basic controllers in my area are upwards of $80, I'm guessing because of
beer bug. I plan on buying an Xbox Series X and I don't think spending $80 today on a controller is justified if I'm going to use it for 3 months until the new console comes out. Come to think of it, since Microsoft won't help me, maybe I won't get the Series
X.

I have three broken controllers laying next to me, all I'm asking for is one. Any advice on the lawsuit or any other tips that could possibly help me out would be highly appreciated, and thank you.

Get the PS5 man c'mon do yourself a favor. they will silence your post if you expose them like that because they already silenced me over explaining what lead up to my hard ban on my 10+ years old accout.

Yeah and also I agree with the controller drifting it happens after 4 month of using the controller even if it's the Elite controller.

They might silence what I'm saying so I hope you see this.👍

the last three i have purchased for the house have all developed stick drift, always on the left stick and i think its when you click it is repeatedly to run in a lot of games that is causing it, never used to happen but as we know microsoft likes to cheap
out on stuff.

yet i purchased some cheap wired controllers (third party), all of them work spot on and never get drift, go figure.

Pretty ridiculous considering their controllers are advertised and priced as top teir elite pieces of technology 🤦‍♂️

Its not a software issue its a hardware defect. No updates will help. You have to buy a new controller or start a class action lawsuit..

I have been through 4 effing controllers. They seem to die faster with FIFA. It's the left stick. It clicks and pops and it won't move freely. This is a class action lawsuit in the making. At $60 a controller, wtf?
