Controller - keyboard & mouse glitching

I just got a controller to use on my PC and when I opened a game when I walked forward or backward it would also move up and down on the command menu (the game was kingdom hearts) I thought it was weird so I went into an FPS (apex legends) and noticed the game jittering back and forth from mouse to controller, when I went into a game A on the controller would open chat bar (in-game) and when I aimed my sensitivity would increase 10 fold.

I then searched YouTube for an answer and only got led to steam and messing around in big picture mode, mind you neither game was through steam but the official EA launcher and epic games respectively, While looking at YouTube and my big picture mode they didn't look the same (probably an update) and I couldn't locate the settings they changed. (which I don't even know if that will fix my problem)

I also tried unplugging my keyboard & mouse and only using controller and same thing although it stopped the jittering back in forth. this is as far as I've gone before I got annoyed and decided to ask my question in somewhere where I'd get a specific answer

the original Xbox only came with a controller. the Xbox 360 only came with a controller. the Xbox One comes with a controller. you can't buy an Xbox One with a Keyboard and Mouse.
in my opinion if they don't sell them with a Keyboard and Mouse they shouldn't have support for Keyboard and Mouse. if you want to use
Keyboard and Mouse you should play on a PC and not on a console.

Menu and select the ‘Settings’ option. In the Settings window, locate the 'Controller' tab and when found, click open the tab. Then hit '
General controller settings
and in the general settings screen visible on your computer, uncheck the option ‘
Xbox setup support
“********”. Deselecting this option should resolve the issue, and you should no longer see the Xbox Controller functioning as a mouse or keyboard.

That said, there is a flaw in the process: if you use the Xbox controller to play Steam games, it may not work as intended. In such a case, it is advisable to toggle this setting depending on the type of game you are playing, i.e. enable it when playing Steam games and disable it when not.

Also, as a safety precaution, try restarting your system once you have disabled this option.

If the problem persists, try uninstalling the driver for the controller and reinstalling it to see if this resolves the issue. You can uninstall Device Manager driver in Windows 10.

I'm not a big fan of Mouse and Keyboard support for consoles but i don't have a problem with it if games keep Mouse and Keyboard users and Controllers users separate, as Mouse and Keyboard users have a huge clear advantage over Controller users.

The Xbox can't be controlled by keyboard and mouse through the Stream mode at all. While it's possible in the Minecraft Bedrock Edition to use Keyboard and mouse, all other games don't accept keyboard and mouse input at all.

You might have to try Minecraft, if you can control it via Keyboard and mouse while streaming to your PC.

For the following to work you must make the menu selections using your keyboard. If you use the controller to make your menu selections to start the game you will be placed in a room for those with a controller and your keyboard/mouse will be non functional
to make it fair to other players. To enter the room for keyboard and mouse users the game must be started by selecting the options using the keyboard/mouse. Hope this helps.
