Controller keeps skipping on menu and has been past its warranty

So I got an Xbox series controller (Black) around 2 years ago for Christmas which worked for around a year or two until it started drifting in games and started having trouble in the menu. This is not only with the sticks even with the D-pads and the triggers on top. I checked if I could get a warranty, and I couldn't I tried multiple methods I found on YouTube including unassembling my controller. I used a controller with the same problem: an Xbox One (White) which only lasted a year and a half. Is there any way I can fix this problem? I have spent too much on controllers every other year. This is unacceptable!!!!

The controller has a 90 day warranty.

They will not replace it if its gone past 90 days.

Better off just buying a new one.

Nothings is under the analogue, the controller is also unfortunately past its warranty.

Well, it is finally working again, but now the controller is pretty much useless due to a new issue. When Left thumbstick is in the center, game characters will start walking on their own, and if in a menu, scrolls the menu really fast. Unfortunately, this
controller is past the 3 month warranty period, but for the price of this controller, that warranty should be at least 6 months. I basically have a $170 paper-weight now.
