    Controller keeps disconnecting. Where to raise complaint?


    My Series S controller keeps disconnecting. Along with that the WiFi also disconnects. I've tried some of the methods mentioned else where like changing the power option and connecting through wired connection. Nothing works. Only thing that works is resetting the box by pressing the Xbox button, that too often takes 2 or 3 attempts. Recent updatee didn't fix the issue as they claimed it would.

    If there is any new work arounds about this, please let me know. Also, where can I raise an official complaint about this. Is there an email id for raising XBox troubleshooting complaints?

    Thanks for the reply.

    Yes, I understand that the Terms and Conditions state how long the code is valid for and if the balance had expired a month ago I would understand but as it's just two days it seems a bit harsh to not extend the lifetime of the balance. Also, it isn't particularly
    easy to find when your balance is actually due to expire.

    Thrre nothing ms can do as giftcards do have promotional points do have expiry

    Usually a 1 year after issue

    They cant extend it all services have terms and conditions you actually have to follow

    Is there any way to RECANT a report to an Xbox live account?

    My first question would be, did you file a complaint on him, or a review? If it was just a review, his rep likely fell to a level where his communications abilities are limited. In this case, he just needs to raise his rep by playing fair and keeping things
    clean, or by getting positive reviews. If you filed a complaint on him, and he did receive a comm ban, he will have to wait until the ban is lifted. The thing in this case is, if you filed an untrue complaint, it was not you that caused the ban. All complaints
    are investigated, and if the complaint is found to be false, no action would have been taken.
