    Controller keeps disconnecting after latest update


    I installed the latest update this morning (in Brazil, btw). Since then, my controller keeps disconnecting from the console every now and then, but it is still on. The only way to fix is by taking the batteries off and putting them on again.

    The controller is updated and I already tried resetting the console and changing the batteries.

    Anyone having this issue?

    Controllers keep disconnecting after the latest firmware update

    In the system sections part of the menu there is a part where you can actually update the firmware on the controller, I think its in a section called peripherals (but don't quite me on that)

    All you do is follow the onscreen instructions and it will update the firmware, you will need a USB cable (I use the one that came with my mobile phone)

    Have you tried updating the controller's?

    Or try resetting the Xbox by holding the power button on front of the Xbox until it turns off then unplug it for 5-10 mins

    Notice if it started happening right after the last update ??? This latest update is giving problems with the controls! We are having problem with the control by disconnecting all the time and problem like your!
