Controller issue - Why is it so hard to speak to someoone at microsoft

I have tried to send the XBOX one controller back via warranty and it keeps crashing and logging me out as i get to the last part with my shipping address, I cant speak to anyone and the chat
is not available for controller issues. Why is everything now days so hard work, wished they would stop using bots and employ people instead of trying to make money provide a decentg service that works, its a joke wasting my time, also how do I speak to customer

Unfortunately, by design the enforcement team can't be contacted directly. The only way is the case review on their website.

Unfortunately there is no direct communication with the enforcement team.

I suggest reporting all of these messages that you get sent. Each report is reviewed and if they are deemed to have violated the community standards then Microsoft will take action. You can always block and mute players that way they will not be able to
send messages to you

Infact, they would tell you to go speak to Microsoft with this issue.



But when you talk to Microsoft they say that they don't have control over ingame stuff, and will tell you to go speak with Mojang or the server admins.
