My headset works but when i plug it in my controller it says microphone cant be found and cannot hear nothing plz help me

Im having the same problem with one of my controllers plz help!!!

Also it's a wired controller and I've tried unplugging the Xbox and plug it in and out plz help

been having issues too, have to turn the console off and on again every time i want it too work, ever since big update nothing but issues, randomly disconnecting controller once or twice a day too... plz fix these problems with a patch microsoft... and why
does every time i want do sumthing it now requires sync data? help plz
