Controller isn't recognized while cloud gaming on console

    Controller isn't recognized while cloud gaming on console


    I'm having issues with cloud gaming via gamepass. My controller isn't recognized. But if I download the game. Not an issue. I've done the following

    • Power cycle the series X
    • Changed batteries with fully charged ones
    • Updated the firmware for each controller
    • Resync the controllers
    Both the console and the controller are less then a month old out of the box.

    Yes: either Background Downloads, or Cloud Storage syncing your saved games with the cloud. Or a controller connected with the Play & Charge kit... all perfectly normal, as long as the console turns off fully in a little while (or maybe longer if it
    is the controller charging).

    You say you’re playing on Xbox one, are you playing through the cloud?

    At this time, only standard controllers work with cloud gaming. While this may change in the future, you need to run it ona Series console or PC to use that controller. Looks great

    Yes, cloud gaming services like Xbox Cloud Gaming verify ownership of DLC. If you purchased DLC for a game on your console and that game is also available for cloud gaming, the cloud version should recognize your ownership and allow you to play the DLC.

    I think you are misunderstanding what cloud gaming is

    None of the games are keyboard and mouse games only

    They are only xbox consiles games not pc games

    What you want requires remaping keys which isn't available while you aren't playing on your own console

    You have to do it within the game locally on your console not in cloud

    Thank you for responding. I only have one controller it came out of the same box as the console, I’ve only been able to power the console on once with the controller every other time since I’ve had to press the button on the console. Once the console is on it recognizes the controller and works fine. But now it’s chirping and blinking while I have it powered down I don’t know if it has to do with me downloading games while it’s off.
