    I was wondering if Xbox insider updates can mess with certain controller inputs especially for all games that let you change your sensitivity. For example I’ve been playing halo infinite and found the most ideal controller settings for myself but after getting a Xbox update all my sensitivity’s feel too fast like I have permanent max acceleration for my sticks, I do use a Wolverine ultimate controller so I don’t get the regular Xbox controller firmware updates but that never causes any problems. I recall this happening before but having a Xbox update sometime later in the week fixed the issue for awhile. Maybe it’s all a coincidence ‍♂️

    Unfortunately i can onty suggest you to wait for a future update that maybe will fix this

    I say maybe because it is probabily something wrong in the controller: something inside thst let the input go twice sometimes

    The controller does occasionally work, but when it does, it stops giving inputs after a few minutes before disappearing from the USB game controllers settings, even though it was still on and connected.

    Thanks for taking the time, the controller connects to my phone and input works fine, my PS5 can also detect the controller.

    A bit odd that it isn't detectable after the update.

    Xbox One Controller successfully connected to PC via bluetooth does not work with Windows apps.

    After updating the controller, through the xbox or the computer, it returns to being non-functional as I've described (only working with Steam). When trying to connect to the PC with bluetooth with the update installed, 2 separate inputs appear in the bluetooth "add a device" list. One of them is blank, and the other has "input" beneath it. This happens even after I've completely removed all xbox controller connections, including the wired ones. I can connect to the blank one but with no functionality and I cannot connect at all to the one that says "input".

    After reverting, only the connection that has "input" beneath it is listed. This one is the one I connect to with full functionality.

    So to summarize:

    With the update - 2 connections are shown. One I can connect to but with no functionality and the other I can't connect to at all

    Without the update - Only one connection is shown and I can connect to it with full functionality.
