    I recently bought a wireless controller, for my PC. The right side of the controller, around the analog stick is getting very hot, I expect it to eventually fry completely at the rate it's going. I read other past articles, it's not the batteries because
    I'm not using them. Stores here don't sell the wireless adapter so I plug it in via USB to play, the location makes it feel more like it's the analog stick, but just the one side. I'd take the thing back to the store but I don't have the receipt anymore. Plus
    it's kind of hard for me to get around, I'm 60 years old and disabled (and yeah I love gaming). At this point I feel all I can do is wait for it to burst into flames or something.

    It's not blowing hot air, because you're already in a very hot area. You probably don't perceive it as hot compared to the surrounding air

    You need to use it in a climate controlled environment. If you're going to use it in that level of heat the fan is going to kick up.

    Try to update the controller, or it could be that the xbox is getting hot. Aren't you blocking the air passage?
