    Controller & Headset Random Disconnect


    Is anyone else experiencing this issue where your controller or your headset disconnects randomly? I've been experiencing this alot especially when I'm trying to clutch in Warzone. Recently I was playing and all of sudden my controller and my headset both disconnected from my XSX and I could only get them to connect by resetting my console. I thought this issue was resolved in the recent update. Also, this is not the first time this has happened.

    Have you all tried updating your controller's firmware since the April update released? I suggest that you all try this as it's meant to improve audio quality through the headset adapter (and also to resolve random disconnect issues).

    Hello Rune,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. The icon just to left of the battery, is a headset icon. This lets you know if it detects a headset or not. For the random disconnects of the controller, have you made sure the

    controller is up to date    ? Also, make sure the console is plugged directly into the wall. Also that the batteries/battery pack is firmly in the compartment with the cover on.
