Controller gets stuck

Hi.

I recently got an wireless XBOX controller (model 1708) and I am using it with my windows 10 PC through bluetooth.

I am having some issues. The controller gets stuck, generally, stops responding, keeps vibrating and any action I was doing (like turning left on the game) keeps doing it (It keeps turning left) until I turn off the controller.

the xbox accessories says that controller firmware is update.

I don't know what to do in order to fix it.

I have the same issue the controller doesnt respond and vibrates, i have a razer blade 17 pro and all drivers updated, running the game at 100+ fps with no performance drop. so same issue youre facing and no solution.

This doesn't apply neither. there is no sticked buttons.

Clean around buttons with Q-tips and alcohol
First, unplug the controller. Dip the Q-tip into the rubbing alcohol, dabbing off any excess. Rub the Q-tip around the button that is sticking several times, getting as far into the crevices as you can

It could be your Bluetooth drivers, or your PC could be having performance issues which is causing this issue with the controller. Try updating your Bluetooth drivers, see if that helps, if not, see if you change some of the performance settings in your
game, and see if that fixes the issue.
