Discus and support Controller Firmware Updating for Tesla in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; Does anyone know what this lady means about 3rd-party tools for flashing older firmware?     It is not a Lotus its a Tesla. In which the Tesla (in real life) company bought the frame from the Lotus company and used it on the Tesla. Quite a few people have made this mistake.

    If you have not already done so please check to see if the controller needs a firmware update.

    To update the firmware select setting in the guide then all settings / kinect & devices then go to divices & accessories. select the controller and update firmware.
