    Controller Exchange Request ¿What to do ?


    Hi,

    I requested a controller exchange that ended up with the code SRX1518890192ID.

    The following days received an email that leads me to upload an invoice and a picture of the controller´s serial, so i did and then answered the email to comunicate it.

    I am still waiting for the following steps to take and i do not know why this process is so slow since i have just purchased my Xbox One X from amazon.

    Something strange is when i try to register the controller in my ms account, the system does not recognize it, however if i request the link https://support.xbox.com/es-ES/help/hardware-network/controller/controller-warranty , it shows me the dates of the warranty period.

    I apreciate any info that you can provide. Thanks.

    Can I exchange a game that I bought 5 months ago if I haven't played it?

    It doesn't allow me to select the game in my purchases to request a refund or exchange. I really don't know what to do at this point.

    2 Wired controllers both try to be player 1, input only accepted from last controller that is plugged in

    I requested an exchange of one of the controllers from amazon, and they shipped the replacement before I was required to send one back. I now have 3 wired controllers, and any 2 of them that are plugged in will come up as the same player. I guess I'll
    keep requesting exchanges until I come up with 2 that work together, or they get tired of it.
