    Controller Exchangd Return Delivery


    Hi

    I'm returning a faulty Design Labs controller I bought a while back because the A button has stopped working, and I've gone through the process and am at the return delivery section.

    I got an email telling me how to send it and the address details etc.
    BUT     they also said:

    "Take your package to any UPS location for drop-off."

    I live in a remote area with no UPS locations in my area, would Microsoft be okay with me sending it via Royal Mail? My post office is the only place I can ship parcels from so this is really my only
    option.

    Any help and advice would be great.

    Delivery company?

    Normally Microsoft uses UPS for delivery of the physical purchases and for the Service Returns.

    Console is brand new just delivery driver couldn't find address so they automatically return to Microsoft

    Did you pre-order from the online Microsoft store? If so, then you should be able to check your order status here: https://account.microsoft.com/orders

    If you ordered from a different online store (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) then you will need to check your order status with them.
