if i use a wired controller will i have headset problems where it buzzes?

shouldn't have any problems, try playing wired without the battery pack connected to minimise this. to be fair i haven't come across this problem in a long time.

i know people experience buzzing sounds from their headset for example when the plug and playkit is in so i thought it may be the same with a wired controller

As long as you buy a pretty good controller and at least a mid-range headset you shouldn't have any buzzing issues. That being said of you do you could always return the headset and try a different one. Basically don't cheap out and there should be no
problems.

Not at all but make sure you have a good aux cable cheap cables do weird noises sometimes...
