[Mod removed - profanity] going on with the xbox controllers and the disconnection issues ?

3 different controllers constantly drop out even when using wired connections, just purchased another year on gold and cant use it due to this .

microsoft are absolute useless and tell you to this and that with no results..... roll on ps5 as im done with this [Mod removed - profanity]

if all controllers share the same issue, your console needs to be repaired.

yes they are,,,as the mod says in his post that they are aware of the problem but no fix available, instead they tell you to do this n that but they know these things dont work

I've been having controller drop out issues, but they seem to come and go. Hard to narrow down the issue.

Typically, if multiple peripheral devices are have the same issue then the problem is not with the peripherals but with the main device. That being said would it be possible to try those controllers on another console? That would help to determine if
in fact it is the controllers or the console. Also, make sure you don't have anything interfering with the signal between the console and the controllers.
