    Hello everyone,

    I've been having a recurring issue with my wireless controller disconnecting unexpectedly while playing Forza Horizon 5 on my Xbox Series X. The disconnections seem to happen at random intervals, and it's really affecting my gameplay experience. I've tried changing the batteries and ensured that the controller firmware is up to date, but the issue persists.

    Has anyone else faced this problem? Any suggestions on troubleshooting steps I can try to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Controller won't reconnect

    Controller disconnects while playing Forza Horizon 2 is a separate issue from the controller disconnects after the September Update. We are currently looking into both issues. BR4DOKYBrazil, we will update your thread once we have more information. chezza16,

    Forza Horizon 5 starts the game and reports an error (0x800701b1). Reinstalling the game cannot be solved. Enter the game when the network is disconnected.

    I'm pretty sure. Only Forza horizon 5 has this problem. I downloaded and installed Forza horizon 4 again. There is no problem. Games on other platforms also work normally.Forza horizon 5 can only enter the game when the network is disconnected, and then turn on the network, Can play normally.

    Xbox controller losing connection very intermittently

    For some reason, Forza Horizon 5 causes controller issues..and I have no clue why. Every now and again, my controller completely disconnects before reconnecting...however, it has only ever done this with FH4 and FH5, not with any other games I play.

    Just a random story to add to this thread, (disconnect related) but I have had zero disconnect problems, until I started playing splitscreen on Forza 5. Once I have 2 controllers running, my Day One controller would randomly disconnect mid-race. It was just
    a hiccup as I was instantly able to hit A and resume, but it was occurring. It has not happened with my Day One controller once while its the only controller on.
