    Controller disconnects, can’t even sync by cable


    I bought my Xbox One almost two years ago and I had no problem with it in the first one but just a few months ago my controller began to disconnect just because. I had hard started my console many times and conected my controller directly by wire and it
    worked at the beginning but this week my controller keeps on disconnecting. At the same time it disconnects the console gets disconnected from internet also.

    Hi, that's one weird issue. Did you try syncing the controller again? Could you try removing the power cable from your console, press the power button a few times reconnect the power cable and then sync the controller again.

    Xbox one controller stop connecting to system

    I tried to connect with charging cable it works. But when I disconnect it from the cable the controller blinks. I have tried hard reset on the system and also touching the left button next to the drive to re sync and he the controller nothing. Please
    help

    connect the controller with a USB cable, turn it on and hit the sync button it should sync to your console then disconnect the USB cable.
