    Controller disconnecting while using keyboard and mouse.


    When i play video games like Fortnite on keyboard and mouse my controller disconnects and a notification across my whole screen pops up that i cant get rid of with my keyboard so i have to get my controller and handle it what is a fix for this problem.

    (This does not happen in Minecraft only games like Fortnite)

    DOUBT!

    The Xbox can't be controlled by keyboard and mouse through the Stream mode at all. While it's possible in the Minecraft Bedrock Edition to use Keyboard and mouse, all other games don't accept keyboard and mouse input at all.

    You might have to try Minecraft, if you can control it via Keyboard and mouse while streaming to your PC.

    This is a known bug with Fortnite. The controller and the accessory (keyboard and mouse) do not work independently of each other. When the controller turns off the keyboard stops working. Hopefully it is fixed in a future update.

    Yes... I have the same.

    Mouse freeze, keyboard still working, but if I disconnect the mouse, keyboard and controller from USB and try to connect again, not works.

    It's worth remembering that keyboard and mouse adaptors don't actually give native support but trick the console isn't thinking they are a controller.

    Therefore while you may be using a keyboard and mouse they will operate with the same 'limitations' of a controller.
