Controller Disconnecting Randomly even With New Xbox

So this may sound dumb but it REALLY feels like Microsoft is targeting me. Even I think It's dumb.

My old Xbox One console was having issues with the controller randomly disconnecting and wouldn't sync unless I hard reset the console or plugging in a USB, but it wasn't a simple "fix" because when I unplugged the USB the controller would just disconnect.
Hard resetting it was the only way to actually fix it for a limited period of time. About a week ago I decided to buy a new Xbox because I thought something was wrong with the sensor... that and I wanted to get a Xbox One X anyway but this console has the
exact same issue. It's not even with a specific controller either, I've tried up to 4 different controllers and they all do the same thing, Including the new controller that my NEW Xbox One X came with. There is no way this is a simple coincidence and honestly
it's really annoying when I'm in the middle of the game and all the sudden I'm stuck running into a wall and getting a message on my screen saying that I need to reconnect my controller and the Home button on the controller is flashing on and off. I've also
tried pressing the button on the top of the controller and the button on the console to sync the controller and that works temporarily like 10% of the time. Usually when I try that the controller and console will flash fast like it's suppose to but the console
will just stop and the controller keeps going like It's trying to find the console even though it DID find it but just didn't work.

Wireless Controller

Recently my wireless xbox 360 controller has been randomly disconnecting

during games and such (with new batteries) so was wondering if anyone knew

why.

The first thing I'd tell you to check is if there is an update on the controller. If you go to Settings > Kinect & Devices > Devices and Accessories, then choose your controller and select More > Updates and follow the steps. If it's up to date, it'll
let you know, if not, then it'll update the firmware on the controllers, and hopefully solve your issue.

The controller randomly disconnects and nearly immediately disconnects again once the controller has been turned back on. I’ve put new batteries in, I’ve re paired the controller to the system, I’ve unplugged the Xbox entirely to try and fix this.

I have the same issue and even with the controller connected via usb it still disconnects randomly. Do i take it that the issues lie with the xbox itself?

My Xbox One controller randomly disconnects. I have tried to sync the controller to my console, but the controller continues to flash, even after the console’s “X” has stopped flashing. This is a brand new Sport Blue, wireless controller, so I know its
not the controller. My old controller works fine, so it can’t be the console. Right?

I've found a resolution for my problem. If I plug my controller into my USB switch the controller doesn't disconnect, even though the other inputs do disconnect randomly! When I swap the inputs to my PC everything works perfectly and the Xbox controller continues to work on the Xbox (weirdly).
