    So over the last week my Official Xbox Wireless controller has been disconnecting via usb cable when gaming on my Windows 10 PC, at first I thought it was the USB cable so replaced the cable and issue persisted, so this morning I replaced with yet another
    new official Controller and issue still persists. (tried different usb ports on my PC and issue is still there (also have tried mouse & keyboard in the same slots and had no issues) anyone have any solutions as I'm out of ideas and patience at this poin. (yes
    I can use bluetooth but that gives me button delay which is a massive hindrance on games I play. Thanks Controller disconnecting from PC :)

    Try connecting the controller without any USB devices connected to the PC, and see if it works that way. You might have a power problem with the PC, hence why it's disconnecting.

    Hi, just tried it with everything unplugged except the controller and it still disconnects, I’m at a lose, the cable (the end that connects into the controller) feels like they move around way too freely, but considering it’s 2 official xbox controllers
    and two separate play and charge USB cables I assume that’s just how they fit, also not sure if it matters but the little orange light on the cable never lights up when I plug into pc (that could be normal for all I know).
