    Controller disconnecting for a few seconds then reconnecting


    When I am just playing my controller will blink for no reason just for it to reconnect seconds later. This can get quite annoying especially in FPS games. I own an Xbox series x controller and if anyone can help I would appreciate it so much!

    I tried most of the troubleshooting but I will try again! I got the series x controller because my old one did the same thing and I thought it was my controller.

    is anyone having issues where the controllers are constantly disconnecting from the xbox one and then won't reconnect? We got this same console and the controllers disconnect every few days and to get them to reconnect we have to unplug the xbox for 20
    seconds then reconnect it. using the connect buttons on the controller/console does nothing for some reason (no issues like this on the regular xbox one we have). very disappointing.

    Xbox live disconnects every 10-20 min

    will do, and yes - a few seconds after it disconnects, i can reconnect without a problem

    Thanks for the help but while it did work for a few minutes, it went back to disconnecting and reconnecting for less than ten seconds.
