Controller disconnect still ongoing

I just tried that and the problem is still ongoing. I even tried to use another controller that I had but it was still disconnecting randomly.

Im still getting disconnections also, on my 3rd console from MS and given up requesting another replacement as its clearly an issue that needs to be fixed rather than replaced.

Sad to see this is still ongoing, thankfully my PS4 controller never disconnects.

Sorry to hear about the disconnection issues described in this thread. Some of you may have already come across our

Xbox One Controller Disconnects support page, but just in case you haven't, we definitely suggest following each of the steps under the 'Your controller doesn't maintain connection to your console' portion of the page.

If the issue persists after following each step on that page, unfortunately the next step is to send the Xbox One in for repair. You can start that process over at our
Online Service Center, or by reaching out to our phone support team through our
Contact Us page.

Same here man. Sucks cause many people are having this problem and Microsoft doesn't want to do anything about it.
