Controller Disconnect , need a fix , anyone help me out ? I can’t fix it

I’ve been having the same issue with my Xbox One. Ever since Xbox did an update on the controller, it crapped out. I’ve called them over and over and they haven’t been able to help me. They said my controller was faulty so I bought a new one. Same problem. The controller keeps disconnecting for no reason but the home button will remain on. I can’t turn off the Xbox with my controller, I can’t do anything with it. That has been happening for about a week. They’re sending me a new one and I’m willing to bet I’ll still have the same problem. This is total garbage and Xbox NEEDS to fix this ASAP!

Kindly try the steps below;

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Once done, try connecting your controller again.

Is happening to me on my xbox One X. The funny thing when I used it to watch YouTube or other media apps it doesn't disconnect. The disconnect happens once I start playing a game. Clearly there is something happening with the wireless connection between
the Xbox and the controller that it seems like the controller probably can't handle all the inputs you are putting and it stops responding and disconnects. This is my hypothesis with this issue. Now we need Microsoft to read this forum and come out with a
fix or a replacement. I made a petition if ya want to sign it to see if we get noticed and they start working on a proper fix the controller. It is not a cheap thing we need a controller that works.

I cant hear anyone/anything ive tried different controllers taking my adapter out resetting xbox and controller please can you help me fix my audio
