Controller Connection Problems

I have a wireless Xbox one controller (model 1697) that will not sync with my Xbox or any other Xbox I have tried. I've looked at all possible solutions in the Troubleshooting and have not been able to connect it. Even when I connect it through a wired
micro-USB, it will not sync with any Xbox or Windows 10 PC. I've even tried different cables. The problem definitely seems to be with my controller, I don't know what else to try. Any suggestions?

Controller connection problems

I had this problem before but I got it working after a while. Try turning off your console and turning it back on. Then, press the 2 sync buttons, one is on the controller and one is on the console itself, at the same time. If that don't work, turn off the
console again and turn it back on and try to press each sync button in a different combination. Hope this fixes your controller problem.

Here is the info on getting the Controller serviced.

under your console.
Change the category to Accessories and then under select issue type select Controller. Then input your PID number from the controller and click create repair order.

the console has a single function of connecting the control, all the imputis are from the control, a cable can cause the problem or connector, but if it is connected via bluetooth, the problem is in the control.

If your controller cannot power on,

You can try to usb connect, If work, this maybe your batteries problem,

If not work too, you need get the new controller or fix it.

If you cannot wireless connect,

you can try use other controller wireless connect the console,

If can other controller wireless connect is not work too,

this is your console problem,

else, controller problem.

If you have xbox controller wireless adapter for windows,

you can try it

Now some other things to note. I live in a dorm so being to far away is out of the equation, I have asked around and there are no devices in or around my room that could be causing interference

There are also no metallic devices that have been added to the area that can be causing this problem.

Make sure there is an actual bluetooth adapter present in the computer that can communicate with the controller.
