Controller concern

I understand how controller issues are frustrating, let me assist you in troubleshooting this. First, could you let me know of all other tests and procedures you've tried already, aside from resetting your controller?

Why?

The same thing happened to me. I am on my second elite controller. LB broke on both. Since this is expensive and don’t want to buy a third one, I spent ~$30 at Amazon on a set of tools and replacement bumper (~ $13 for the bumper alone). YouTube has an easy
to follow video to help replace it myself. It’s a minor inconvenience.

I got a good few months out of it before the second one broke. I can’t trash the controller because it’s better than the standard model, but I wish the quality of the bumpers could be improved.

Well you must feel important now. As long as MS doesn't offer a durable controller all the DIY-discussion is mandatory.
