    Hi

    I have very strange problem, with my xbox one controller. And the problem is my xbox one charger kit. when i am charging it, it says on the screen of the xbox its charging, but i leave to charge for about 3 hour and i come back it still says low battery. I
    dont know what the problem is. and i have tried to updade every thing still dosent help.

    I bought the controller for my pc and there were no chargers or cable in the box. So I am connecting the controller to pc with a USB cable for this. Is there a charger kit?

    about the battery it, seats fast fully and I have had this battery for about 2 years almost.

    Hiya!!

    Sorry to hear that you're having issues with the charger kit for your XBOX One controller. I would check to make sure that the battery is fully seated against the clips/pins inside the housing so that it's making good contract. Also, depending on how long
    you have had the rechargeable battery, they do go out after a few years and need to be replaced just like any rechargeable battery.
