    Controller button mapping issue


    Hi everyone !

    I need to remap my second wireless controller but when I do that it remap both of my controllers....

    I am logged in with my account and try to log the second controller as a guest but it didn't work...

    I know im missing something but don't know what exactly...

    Controller LS & RS functions are switched.

    Button mapping is possible in Fallout I'm not sure if in Lego Star Wars try button mapping to the correct sticks.

    Can you borrow a friends controller and see if this issue still happens on your Xbox?

    Hello Villaka,

    Sorry to hear about the issue with controller. You can check the
    Button mapping settings.     The way you describe it sounds as if they assigned differently. Basically want to restore the button mapping to default settings.

    Hey there, Pelerge! Sorry to see any frustrations with setting up controller mapping! If you are using a standard controller instead of an elite controller, you will only be able to set up one configuration for your user. While you can set up the second
    controller with another user or guest, those settings will be saved for your user account, not the controller itself.

    Customize your Controller with the Accessories App     page. This does a terrific break down of the differences between customizing your elite controller and customizing your standard controller. Controller button mapping issue :)

    I have mapped buttons to the paddles with no issues at all, with the new elite controller you can now map TV functions such as volume up and down to the controller

    Thank you for the response. The issue is that Windows does not provide any options to map the controller, its mapped to a default profile. When i use 3rd party software to map my controller specific to my game the buttons I've mapped still
    have the default profile. This causes two keystrokes to be entered as i push one button.

    having the same issue, this controller is not working out, the default button mapping for the extreme 3d pro is stupid and there is no way to remap the buttons. its infuriating !!!!
