Hello dear Gamer, first it's a pleasure to be able to help you today.

    My name is Vinicius.

I am a gamer and independent advisor on the XBOX community platform.

Hey DesigningCrab6, how are you today? Hope you're well.

Check if there isn't any firmware updates to be done on your controller:

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne...

If it does not have any available, please, test the controller on any other device, such as PC, mobile or another console, if possible, just to test if the same issue happens.

If it does happen, it might be an issue with the controller, in that case, I do advise you to trigger the warranty if your controller still have it active, if it does not, try to take it to a repair store to be analysed.

Day One Edition Controller keeps disconnecting. Worst Customer Service ever.

    Hey everyone!

Sorry to hear you're having controller disconnection issues. Please be sure that you run through all the steps on this page for

Xbox One Wireless Controllers Disconnect. I'm afraid if none of the steps on that page help, the very last option is to replace or repair the controller.

To check out the repair status be sure to check out the Warranty FAQ Mister Beep provided above. If your console is no longer under warranty then a replacement is going to be your best option.

After disconnect or turn off Xbox One Controller in Windows 10 mouse click not work and beeping while I moving

I am having the same problem. I play elite dangerous with my xbox one wireless controller. After I disconnect the controller my mouse does not work normally. I can move it around but it moves slowly and makes a beeping sound. I cannot fix the problem without
    a reboot.

I uninstalled the device, but after awhile it happened again. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game before as well.
