    alright.... i have a question....

    there is a game i REALLY like and i am waaaay into! its called Neon Abyss and there is an achievent i am aftsr where you must dance for 30 minutes straight, HOWEVER! Here is where my ACTUAL question about the controller comes in.... ive tried at this achievement
    for a couple days now but my controller keeps turning off due to inactivity.... but it HAS to be innactive, because moving or hitting any button will cancel my characters dance and i have to do it all again..... now ive looked up options and videos and questionaires
    but i havent found a solution that actually prevents it..... plugged in, plugged in without battery, etc. also in settings i cannot find any options about controllers except for calibration, update, and the usual controller stuff..... uh...... help? ...options?
    ...something ive missed? ....ugh, not only is it an achievement but it is also a task/quest for the game pass right now too.... just wish i knew how to turn off the setting of my controller to auto turn off.... thanks

    Xbox one dimming

    If you let the controller sit idle for some time, the game will dim the screen, and the controller will eventually shut off by itself. This is to prevent wear on the TV screen and save controller battery power.

    Pushing a button, moving the joystick, or turning the controller back on will bring the screen back to normal.

    Also, if your TV has any sort of auto-contrast, auto-brightness, or auto-backlight setting, consider disabling those features.

    Turn the auto sign-in feature on or off

    To turn the auto sign-in feature on or off, follow these steps:

    1.Sign in to Xbox LIVE.

    2.Select Settings, and then select Profile.

    3.Select Sign-in Preferences.

    4.Select Auto Sign-in, and then make the changes that you want.

    (Solved) Hanging upon startup when signing in

    workaround on wireless, provided auto-sign-in disable.. else, turn off ur AP for awhile then disable auto-sgin-in,

    1. skip sign-in then disable auto-sign-in..

    2. then start any game u want by disc or on hdd..

    3. at the game start screen (which usually ask to press "Start"), press "XBOX" button then login..

    4. once logged in, continue playing or you can go to setting to disable auto-sign-in

    Xbox shutting itself off in HDTV mode.

    you may have your xbox 360 setting turned to auto off 1 - 6 hours. goto settings and disable auto off. try that 1st.

    2nd, your HDTV may be the culprit as some TVs turn off the power of things connected to it due to energy saving modes, make sure thats disabled as well.
