    Last night was playing and had both my Arctis 9x headset and Elite series 2 controller disconnect and refuse to reconnect to my Xbox Series X

    Meanwhile every day I continue to have my headset lose audio completely even though it is still connected to the Console. I have to manually turn off and back on headset. Or My headset will start to lose audio and it will stutter and disconnect and reconnect with the “headset assigned” message constantly popping up (never had issue with Xbox One X and I have already tried hitting the reset button and turning off auto Bluetooth on pc)

    Yes both my headset and controller are up-to-date

    Call of Duty: Vanguard controller disconnect problem

    I have the same problem. Its been months and call of duty has still not fixed the issue. The problem is having a wired headset connected to your controller. This is a glitch which COD has to fix. Nothing is wrong with the console. When you navigate the game menu disconnect your headset and it will work fine and wont disconnect. If it does disconnect in game or anything, just disconnect your headset for 5 seconds and it will reconnect.

    I'm having the same problem using the chat headset that came with it. I was playing Advanced Warfare and the controller disconnected. Would not turn back on even with new batteries. Finally disconnected headset and it came on. Tried plugging in via usb.
    Works without headset. As soon as I plug the headset the controller turns off and will not turn back on. Have tried resetting xbox one, unplugging it and updated the firmware in the controller. None of it fixed the problem.

    Mr wireless controllers keep disconnecting from Xbox One console

    I have been through all the steps to rectify (rebooting, battery, updates etc) but it is still happening to all controllers. Works fine for 30 to 40 mins then starts disconnecting, even with the charging cable plugged in.

    Any suggestions?
    Is this happening when you have a headset plugged into it or still disconnecting even without the headset?
