    The problem is called stick drift the best way is to replace the controller

    Sorry this is a very unique situation. As any troubleshooting hasn't even helped. Only thing at this point if it doesn't work after updating is try a different controller altogether. I will split this thread as it will keep it as a new thread, that way we
    can continue to help you.
