    I need to know if these new Xbox Series X|S controllers are worth the continual pain. Every update breaks my controller even more, and there has been no news since March about any sort of relief.

    I’m close to buying a replacement Series X|S controller for my seemingly broken one, but I can’t find any justification for investing in a possible pre-broken piece of equipment.

    Should I stick with the One controllers until this pans out? Or is a new controller the saving grace I need?

    Hi there

    Sorry to hear about the trouble your are experiencing. Upon you trying the different headsets and controllers, i can suggest to try resync the controller without the headset plugged in then plug the headset in, if the controllers are wireless.

    May i ask also, are the controllers still under warranty? You may lodge a repair request. Im sorry to can't offer much of a solution, hopefully another member of the community may be able to offer some advice.
