CONTROLE XBOX ONE S/SERIES

Olá, eu estava jogando no meu console logo após a atualização que foi aplicada para ele, quando de repente meu controle do Xbox Series s desligou sozinho e não ligou mais, até ai eu pensei que fosse um defeito do controle, mas então peguei meu controle mais antigo do Xbox One s e novamente meu controle desligou e parou de funcionar coloquei pilha nova, tentei trocar os cabos USB, mas nada resolveu e perdi dois controles. Tive que jogar com o controle mais antigo do Xbox One. Eu não sei por que meus controles pararam de funcionar se tenho o maior cuidado com todos! A única coisa que os dois tinham em comum é que quando eu estava jogando eles estavam conectados com um cabo USB plugado direto no console e acho que isso que estragou eles. Se alguém puder me ajudar ficarei grato!!

Hello, I was playing on my console right after the update was applied to it, when suddenly my Xbox Series s controller turned off by itself and did not turn on again, until then I thought it was a controller defect, but then I took my controller older Xbox One if again my controller turned off and stopped working I put a new battery, I tried to change the USB cables, but nothing worked and I lost two controllers. I had to play with the older Xbox One controller. I don't know why my controllers stopped working when I'm very careful with all of them! The only thing the two had in common is that when I was playing they were connected with a USB cable plugged right into the console and I think that's what spoiled them. If anyone can help me I would be grateful!!
