Controle xbox one nao conecta via bluetooth

Não consigo conectar meu controle no PC. Testei no notebook e conectou normalmente, testei e funcionou. No computador estou usando um receptor de bluetooth 4.0, que funcionou pois testei com meu celular e emparelhou normalmente. Fiz todos os testes que achei
aqui no forum e nenhum funcionou. Quando conecto ele diz que o dispositivo nao respondeu ou aparece a mensagem "Verifique o PIN e tente conectar novamente."

Já fiz tudo que diz no site da microsoft e ate agora nada. Baixei o Acessórios Xbox e atualizei o controle pelo cabo.

Sorry to hear it. Xbox does not support 3rd party products and although some may work with Xbox products others won't. If your receiver is not compatible with the controller then perhaps a USB connection may be the way to go.

Otherwise you may need to look into getting the Windows 10 Xbox Controller Adapter

Tente conecta ele atraves de um cabo usb ou verifique nas configuracoes se nao existe nenhuma atualizacao para seu controle

em to com mesmo problema o meu xbox nao conecta de jeito nehum ai la nas config da internet do xbox fica nat nao disponivel e bao conecta a nada quando resolverem ou vcs ai acharem a maneira dr resolver cha no watts ppr favor aqui o 62 81666914

One thing I just found out, the Xbox pad works with others when connected with a cable, previously I was using a bluetooth adapter which came with the controller.

Any chance of fixing it to work via bluetooth? As in, Xbox controller via bluetooth, other controller via cable.

Is this an Xbox One controller, or an Xbox 360 controller? If it's an Xbox One controller, are you connecting wirelessly to the PC via Bluetooth, or with the Xbox Wireless Adapter?
