Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with connecting the Xbox One controller to PC.

Since the PC does not have Bluetooth capabilities, there are 2 things to try:

• Option 1: USB
  Plug a USB charging cable into the front of the controller and plug the other end into your PC.
  
• Option 2: Xbox Wireless (with Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows, sold separately)
  
  1. On your PC, go to Settings > Devices.
  1. Choose Add Bluetooth or other device.
  1. Select Everything else.
  1. Select Xbox Wireless Controller.
  1. Click Done.

If the problem persists, try a different controller to help isolate the issue.

Mesmo após realizar esse procedimento o controle ainda não conectou apenas com as pilhas.

O controle quando está com pilhas fica piscando lentamente e não conecta. Quando é colocado por cabo usb já sincroniza rapidamente.
