Controle Xbox One da 1ºEdição[1st Edition Xbox One Controller]

Meu controle Xbox one fica com led ligado (temporariamente) e depois desliga.

Tenho o controle desde 2015 e recentemente parou de funcionar. Procurei ajuda em vídeos do YouTube , Suporte ao Cliente Microsoft, mas não adiantou. Ele dá sinais de vida ( de funcionamento) mas mesmo assim não funciona. Não sei o que faço. Só tenho um
controle que é esse. Estou sem condições de comprar outro. Constatei em enviar a técnica da Microsoft, mas em relação de enviar o código atrás do controle, tinha limpado a parte de trás com pano e acabou removendo os números.

Qualquer coisa favor me ajudem!

Hello,

If you still had the box for the controller, you might be able to get the serial number for the controller from there. You can also check your account (https://account.microsoft.com/devices/)
to see if it is a registered device that can be sent in for repair.

After 5 years, it may be cheaper to purchase a new one since it would be an out of warranty repair. (Yes, I know you said you are unable to, but look for sales/specials, you may find a good deal for a new one.)

I'm not getting the Xbox one elite 2 controller. I didn't get the 1st one why would I get the 2nd one. the 1st one a lot of people had problems with. I've had problems with a regular Xbox one controller, so why would I buy a controller that is 3 times
the price of a regular Xbox one controller.

I have the 1st Xbox One controller, the Scorpio controller, COD controller, Halo 5 controller, Sea of thieves Controller and the boring Fortnite purple controller. The one I use is the Elite 2 controller - go figure - i'm a collector I guess
