    Olá, gostaria de saber sobre como resolver o problema do meu controle xbox elite series 2 que vem apresentando problemas no botão rb e lb.

    Descobri recentemente (vulgo, 30 minutos atrás), que tenho garantia extendida de um ano no meu controle xbox elite 2. Eu fiz todo o processo de cadastro do controle no menu de dispositivos da minha conta microsoft, eu vejo que estou dentro da garantia, porém, ao solicitar o serviço de reparo e informar o endereço, descubro que não tenho opções de reparo disponíveis onde moro (provavelmente no Brasil não exista esse serviço). Gostaria de saber como contactar o suporte corretamente, tendo em vista que a página fale conosco não apresenta um número de telefone ou o chat para que eu converse com alguém.

    Contexto:

    No dia 28/07/2021 eu comprei um controle elite series 2 pelo mercado livre e que estou usando até o momento. Ele funcionou por alguns meses sem problemas, porém, lá pra dezembro começou a apresentar problemas de resposta no botão RB, sendo que demorei para perceber o problema e só fui descobrir ao testar no programa "Acessórios Xbox". Eu achava que só tinha 3 meses de garantia no controle e por ter comprado numa loja qualquer do mercado livre, achei que nem sequer teria garantia. Com isso, tentei resolver o problema vendo vídeos no YouTube, mas não adiantou de nada, continuei com o problema e, mais recentemente, o LB também começou a ficar difícil de apertar.

    Hello, I would like to know about how to solve the problem of my xbox elite series 2 controller that has been presenting problems in the rb and lb button.

    I recently discovered (aka, 30 minutes ago) that I have extended one-year warranty on my xbox elite 2 controller. I did the whole process of registering the control in the device menu of my microsoft account, I see that I am within the warranty, however, when requesting the repair service and informing the address, I find that I do not have repair options available where I live (probably in Brazil there is no such service). I would like to know how to contact the support correctly, since the page contact us does not present a phone number or chat for me to talk to someone.

    On 28/07/2021 I bought an elite control series 2 by the free market and what I am using so far. It worked for a few months without problems, however, there for December began to present response problems in the RB button, and it took me a while to realize the problem and only found out when testing in the program "Xbox Accessories". I thought I only had a three-month warranty on the inside, and because I bought it at some store on the free market, I didn't think I'd even have a guarantee. With this, I tried to solve the problem by watching videos on YouTube, but it didn't help, I continued with the problem and more recently, LB also began to get hard to squeeze.
