Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the Xbox One controller not working properly.

I recommend to try the following:

1. How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console(Disconnect and reconnect your console's power cable)
   
2. Connect a wireless Xbox One controller to your console
   
3. Troubleshoot your Xbox One wireless controller
   

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Translated - "Hi, I'm having a problem with the analog delay, because I already bought a new control and I borrowed it from the friend. The problem continues, I wonder if it could be some kind of receiver or something like that on the XBOX ONE FAT console."

Make sure the controllers are updated. If that does not work, try removing the controller from the console and re-add it.

If you are seeking a way to
create an account on your console, you mealy need go though the procedure you normally would to

add an account to your console.

This can be done by following these simple steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
   
2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select
   Add new.
3. Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, or create and then select
   Enter.
   

Its important to note that when you create an account on your console it can provide to you an default Microsoft domain, if you don't wish to use an email that you monitor frequently, even thought this is recommended. You can find more of this
