Controle passou desconectar à pois a última atualização

Tô com mesmo problema pois ter atualizado os dois controles passaram a desconectar com frequência a tal ponto de não conseguir jogar e já liguei pro suporte e na época condenaram a placa de wireles/blutooth do console Xbox one mas como tenho
vários amigos e minha filha que jogam comigo pela live ambos teve o mesmo problema desconectar sempre que vc usa pilhas novas ou até mesmo as baterias originais para controle Xbox one carregada devidamente, comprei o segundo controle pouco tempo e fui atualizar
é tb passou a ter o.mesmo.problema junto com o meu console, e por via das dúvidas e testei o meus controles no Xbox one de minha filha e no Xbox one S do meu sobrinho tambem desconectam os dois controles, minha filha nem fez a atualização no controle dela
pra não acontecer o mesmo.

Peço uma solução ao suporte da Microsoft que veja esse problema de atualização o mais rápido possível lançando uma nova solução pois até o novo controle do One S tb passa a dar esse defeito pois a nova atualização.
