My controller and Wi-Fi are disconnecting from my Xbox one at random times. The controller will disconnect, and then the Wi-Fi connection will disconnect, making online gaming impossible. I have tried resetting the controllers, Xbox one, and router, but
nothing has resolved the issue. I have also used two different controllers with the same issue. I am playing on an original 500gb Xbox one with a standard controller. I have an At&t U-verse router. I have not had problems with any of these before now.

 

Xbox One controller compatibility.

Thanks for responding to keep us all updated. Sorry that you are going through this despite all of your troubleshooting. Some last ideas to try before requesting your console be repaired would be to try connecting your console to the internet via a wired
Ethernet connection and also ensure that your console is plugged into a wall socket directly, rather than a power strip. I know it sounds strange, but that could actually cause issues with a console due to a difference in voltage from the actual wall socket.

If you have truly tried all troubleshooting steps and the issue remains, then your console would require a repair. You've got a couple of ways to request a repair of the console:

• contact your local Microsoft store
• set up your repair online on your own
• contact the Xbox Support team to set up your repair

If you do decide to contact the Xbox Support team, when you go to
Contact Usto request a callback, follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
  
• Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips
  
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support
  

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

Tive um problema parecido com esse. Consegui resolver trocando o canal do wifi do meu roteador. Depois de mudar o canal passou a funcionar normalmente. Experimente fazer isso. De qualquer forma, se você é um ávido jogador online ou usa muitos aplicativos
que demandam da internet, deixe como uma opção em aberto conectar seu console via cabo. É geralmente muito mais estável.

I've tried a Ethernet cable, but the Internet keep disconnecting with the controller.

What can it be? The Wi-Fi card? Can I buy the Wi-Fi card online?

Hello Mufolks,

Unfortunately, you are unable to just purchase the Wifi card. If this happens a lot within a day you may want to consider getting the console repaired as it may be malfunctioning.

I've fixed my Xbox issue.

I downloaded OSU 1 and applied it now my controller and Internet are working perfectly.

I've never felt so happy.
