jogo sem fio , já tentei com o fio , não tenho como testar em outro console , o controle após atualização os 2 que tenho não funciona o analogico e o direcional fica indo para pra baixo direto.

Sorry to hear it. If the controller is not working then try powercycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down. Then try using the controller to turn it on.

If you have trouble then start the console using the power button and try resyncing the controller to the console.

If all steps have failed and you still have trouble then please try a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps and your saves will be safe on the Cloud.

I wish you could use a Xbox 360 controller on the Xbox one controller. I like my
Xbox 360 controller more then my Xbox one controller. i don't think anyone(Microsoft of controller
manufacturers) will do Backward compatible controllers.

You do need an Xbox controller to use on an Xbox One. These can either be official or unofficial controllers. If it says on the box Xbox One /Xbox/Xbox One Compatible, then it will work.
